$29.99 to run the credit and background check
The deposit is usually half of the rent price and is required prior to moving in.
- The first step is to call or text to setup an appointment to view the home
- Submit a rental application
- Once fully approved, sign the rental agreement, and pay the first months rent plus deposit.
Once you submit your application and get pre-approved, a background and credit check is ran. This can take anywhere from 24-72 hours. References are also verified and checked during this period. Once everything is verified and you are finally approved, you will be contacted.
Yes for homes, utilities are the responsibility of the tenant and will be disclosed with the property listing.
No for apartment, only the water will be included. All remaining utilities will be the sole responsibility of the tenant.
Yes for homes, It is the responsibility of the tenant to maintain the yard like cutting the grass, removing any trash, removal of snow, etc.

Generally pets are not allowed. However, with the express agreement with the landlord, small pets may be allowed. If allowed, a signed amendment to the rental agreement is required.
Rental insurance is optional but recommended. Kasey Living LLC. and its’ insurance provider(s) do not cover anything that belongs to the tenant. Renters insurance provides coverage for tenant belongings for a low monthly cost. Renters insurance is purchased and maintained by the tenant and can be bundled with their vehicle insurance.
You will not be disqualified unless you are restricted from being close to a person(s) or building location. Please check the location of the home and your legal requirements.
There is a $25 late fee required if the rent is past due five days from the due date.
You can pay by cash, check, money order, credit/debit, and the following payment app’s: apartments.com, Zelle, PayPal, and Cashapp.
No and it is prohibited per the lease agreement section(s) 6(a) and 9 with the additional penalty(s) of 10(b)(1-2) and 11.
